Vienna, Va., Jan. 28, 2026 – The Media Institute’s Communications Forum Luncheon Series will launch its 2026 season on Feb. 25 in Washington, D.C. Headlining the season opener will be Arielle Roth, Asst. Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information and Administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).
Communications Forum will present eight luncheon events throughout the year at leading hotels in downtown D.C. The luncheons will feature speakers from the top ranks of government and industry, including senior officials from the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Trade Commission, and Executive Branch agencies, plus executives from major media companies and trade associations.
Speakers in 2025 included Congressman Brett Guthrie, FCC Commissioners Anna Gomez and Nathan Simington, FCC Chief of Staff Scott Delacourt, industry leaders Curtis LeGeyt (NAB), Danielle Coffey (NMA), and Jonathan Spalter (USTelecom), and media analyst Craig Moffett.
Communications Forum is sponsored by leading media, telecom, and digital companies and their trade associations plus prominent communications law firms. Attendees typically include senior-level government affairs executives and attorneys from these organizations and their guests; invited guests from the FCC, FTC, and Capitol Hill; and trade press reporters.
Communications Forum luncheons are not open to the public. These exclusive events begin with private receptions and offer sponsors and their guests unparalleled access to Washington’s top policymakers and industry leaders.
Sponsorships for the eight-luncheon series are offered at three levels: Silver (two seats at each luncheon), Gold (four seats at each luncheon), and Platinum (four seats plus additional benefits).
